Our postal address is available upon request from ~ Swan. She is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to disclose our physical address to other parties. We operate out of Portland, Oregon.

We can be reached via e-mail, or a telephone number can be provided upon request. ~ Swan is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to disclose our phone number to other parties.

For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically recognizes the consumer’s domain name and e-mail address.

We collect the domain name and e-mail address of visitors to our web site; the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail; aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit; user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit; information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site; used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor.

We do not set any cookies.

If you have received an email from us and do not want to receive e-mail in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line, will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

We do not spam; swap or sell any customer information lists.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them; transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.

Consumers can access this information by e-mailing us.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact and transaction information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address.

With respect to security: Each 3rd party advertiser maintains their own security and you should check their security procedures for an added layer of protection.
